Xpert Professional is a leading distributor of professional hair and beauty cosmetics in Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK, employing a team of over 160 from our headquarters in Naas, Co. Kildare.

Founded in 1997, Xpert Professional initially partnered with the Italian brand ALFAPARF Milano, a luxury salon exclusive haircare brand from Milan. Over the next 24 years, Xpert Professional and ALFAPARF Milano changed the landscape of the industry in Ireland, offering un-paralleled salon support, including free education at our state-of-the-art training hub in Dublin. ALFAPARF Milano soon became Ireland’s number one professional haircare brand.

Xpert Professional continued to add other leading professional brands to the portfolio of salon exclusive products, including premium brands such as Joico, Kemon and Moroccanoil. We continue adding to this portfolio based on our clients needs.

At Xpert Professional, education has always been central to our ethos. We have the country’s largest technical team and offer over 400 courses per year, including those at our state-of-the-art training facility, ACCADEMIA in the heart of Dublin. We also have an in-house marketing team who offer strategic and effective marketing for our leading brands. At Xpert Professional, we realise the importance of developing innovative, customised digital communications which will continue to be our focus in 2021

Also, in 2020 Xpert Professional Co-founded Digital Salon a digital media company providing salons with the latest salon software, web and eCommerce design, and many forms of modern digital marketing tools.

In 2021, Xpert Professional expanded our service offering to the UK professional hair and beauty market.
